They'll probably change it. It won't affect your sGPA so it doesn't really matter anyway.

It's fine. AMCAS doesn't send back applications for miscategorized courses. They'll just change the course designation to what it should obviously be. At worst the guy checking it might shake his head and be harsher when judging the rest of your classification choices.
