Misc Classes?

I took a scuba diving course at my school worth two credits a while back, My question is are misc courses such as that counted towards your GPA?

If it's worth credits then I don't see why not. Was it graded based on P/F or a letter grade?

If you have a grade for it, it counts towards your cumulative GPA. If it's not a math or science course, it doesn't apply to your science GPA.
