So 1/3 of my LOR haven't been submitted yet but i was wondering if I could submit my application without the LOR submitted. Would my evaluator still be able to submit the letter after i submit? Would they be able to submit to Optomcas or would they have to send it to the schools?

i really want to submit my application and not be waiting for one letter. I know people have started to get interviews already and I want to submit my app ASAP!!

Yes you can submit it with out the letter. You won't be able to change your evaluators after you submit though. Your evaluator will be able to submit to optomcas till the school deadline.
