:scared: When doing UW or Qbank, I have noticed I always miss 5-8 questions in a row then get 20 or so right in a row. Anyone else have this problem? Am I having absence seizures? I suck.

I also face this, dont know whether its lapse of concentration or something else?

I have ADHD, wonder if thats whats causing this? ADHD really isn't much of a "handicap" when I am doing highly stressful studying - it seems to way more detrimental when I am doing leisurely study.

By the way the stimulants don't really help me - they just get me a buzz on occasion, and I blaze though questions making even more mistakes. Not to mention all the ****ty side effects.

WHen I look back at the right answers and explanations, I'm always surprised because oftentimes I thouht I knew the answers.

Maybe this is a common problem with those who are ADHD spectrum? I googled it and didn't see any mention of this phenomenon anywhere. I noticed the same thing happened with my in-house med school exams. I just go on streaks of missing questions then get back on track and get a bunch right. Weird.

I am sure those who don't have ADHD are looking at this like im and idiot. Don't worry, im not one of those guys that would ever use the "disorder" to my advantage ("accomodations" or any other special treatment). In fact I would be embarrassed if anybody else knew I even had such a label on me. I think that ADHD is kind of a gift - I get a lot of different projects done (sometimes half done), but it sometimes handicaps me when it comes to the studies. Im gonna go bleed the brakes on my car.
