So I got an email from LECOM saying they're waiting on my last letter to make a decision (from dentist I shadowed). Knowing that the batches are sent out on Fridays, if I have my letter submitted by then will it be sent with the latest batch or do I need to have it in by a certain day of the week? Just wondering. Thanks.

Batches are prepared by a certain time/day, sometime on Wednesday/Thursday (not entirely sure of the exact day/time) so if you miss that batch it will be sent out in the next batch the following week.

Yeah, they've been preparing them on Wednesdays so far so if you have it in by Tuesday you should be fine to have it in for the batch that goes out Friday.
