Mistakes in Cuccurullo

As more people study for boards with Cuccurullo, I wanted to start a collection of mistakes in the book so we can all benefit. This thread is not meant to be a discussion about when a new edition is coming out.

I found one today, on page 305. Figure 5-14 shows an electrodiagnostic setup, but the Active and Reference electrodes are mislabeled - they should be swapped for each other.

On page 262 Figure 4-146 the SAP and IAP are mislabled.

Page 646: Trisomy 13 is mislabelled Edwards syndrome - it should read Patau syndrome. Edwards syndrome is Trisomy 18.

Page 474, Figure 6-20: the two photos appear to be swapped.

On page 262 Figure 4-146 the SAP and IAP are mislabled.

You edited it once for spelling so I thought you might want to edit again to say "mislabeled".
