Voicebrook looks sweat but costs a lot. I believe it uses Dragon for voice recognition then adds lot of structured templates. I have access to Dragon medical but haven't used it much

I've only seen it in one hospital; they need better marketing. I've used Dragon, in radiology, ED, floor, clinic (diff versions) and MModal beats it
