I've signed up to do a mock interview with a Pritzker adcom in a couple weeks. It was advertised by our pre-med advisors as a way for sophomores to gauge our progress toward being competitive applicants. I'm kind of expecting to crash and burn just because I haven't even had half my time in undergrad yet, and I don't speak well under pressure anyway. Has anyone else done a mock interview when you've had so little experience? How was it for you? Any advice?

They're definitely beneficial and it wouldn't necessarily hurt you to do them now but you're so far out from your applying cycle that so much could change in how you respond to certain questions. I would wait until the late summer/early fall of when you apply to start thinking about mocks. I waited until my first II invite.

Practice makes perfect!!!
This is a golden opportunity.
