Mom lives one place. Dad lives in another. Which should I choose before applying to dental school?

Hey guys. I’m thinking about applying this upcoming cycle, however my mom lives in Mississippi and my dad lives in Florida. I’ve basically lived with my mom, but I’ve always gone to Florida with my dad also. I want to apply to dental school in Florida for “in-state” tuition. Could this work?

I’ve done all of my extra curricular and shadowing in MS though. I really want to go to Florida.
