Not sure nationally. In my state they are being shipped to and dispensed by county health departments where most of the cases have occurred. And cases have been pretty well localized to the larger metro areas. I think about 15-20 counties here have some.

they’ve been pretty good at getting to to anyone post exposure anywhere it’s needed. they are also targetting calls to hiigh risk individuals and offering it to them (HIV, MSM with recent history of certain STDs, etc).

Probably varies a bit by state. Most state health depts have a website that explains what they’re doing.
