I interviewed at Monte recently. I was pretty impressed with the program. The hospital is amazing, and they have a large volume (I think most ed admissions in all of nyc) of patients. I think the training is good, and the program director and facuty all seemed pretty nice. I guess the minus is that it's in the Bronx but a lot of residents live on the upper east side.
