I am preparing for the MCAT, but I have not yet taken Biochemistry. I plan to teach it to myself over the next two months, using open online classes (I am enrolled to actually take it for credit in the fall). Anyone have suggestions for best classes available for free online? When I search the forums, I find tons of questions about whether to list MOOCs on transcripts, whether they count as prereqs, etc. But very few recommendations. I am also interested in refreshing my organic chemistry knowledge, so recommendations for that would be welcome also. Either specific classes, or general websites. I have looked at MIT opencourseware and EdX and Coursera. Just now finishing up the current semester and trying to figure which option would be the best investment of my time this summer.
