I've tried to find an answer to this and there really isn't a branch-specific one floating around - I understand if you are a general dentist it's up to the commander of your clinic on if you can get "approved" to moonlight; that being said if you are completing a residency will they allow you to moonlight at all? Trying to decide on state licensing and whether or not it's worth it to get a license in the state of my residency or just get one in the state I plan to "retire" to...
