Moonlighting in Florida?

🙂 Hello to anyone that will answer this,
I am currently in the middle of third year so I know that a lot of you out there know that I'm not really sure of what I'm talking about so please take it easy on me.
Can one "moonlight" after a traditional rotating internship in this state (FLA) or are there other restrictions?
Does passing step III allow one to practice unrestricted (For example in ones own private practice) in FLA or are there other restrictions?
