Moonlighting in IL

Our Residency program doesn't have moonlighting opportunities. Is there any hospitals in Chicago area available for moonlighting? Is there any way to moonlight in other field other that your own if a resident has permanent MD license?

I didn't moonlight in residency, but I know some guys who did some ER work moonlighting.
