Hey just curious what others thoughts are about this? Also was doing telepsych at nursing homes. Is there usually alot of liability working at nh. Just curious as to what everyone thought? Im usually just increasing or adding an antidepressant or adding a dementia medication, rarely do I ever add an antipsychotic for agitation. The homes tell me that a consent for every medication change is done so I feel more comforted by this. Im graduating next year and dont want anything to happen that could jeopardize my career. I have my own malpractice. Thoughts??
