Is moonlighting in neuro residency something that happens frequently? I am curious what kind of positions a resident could find that they would be competent to handle?

Residents in my program routinely moonlight during the PGY3 and PGY4 years. We typically moonlight on cardiology, internal medicine, and MICU services at our two academic hospitals.
