I was in the army for 3 years at Ft. Cambell and I knew a couple of Dentists who did the HPSP (which is what I am going to do). I vaguely remember hearing them talk about "moonlighting" during the evenings at clinics off posts a few nights a week. They said that they made pretty good money at it. Is there any credence to this?
