Do the California programs allow moonlighting at all? I'm not sure how CA law works but I was wondering if after you get your license you can moonlight.

Do places like Cedar Sinai and Harbor let you?

The problem now with PTL is that a lot of places you would moonlight at worried about providing you insurance, so even if the programs let you a lot of the employers are wary
