Anyone knows which programs allow or don't allow moonlighting?

I know that Allegheny General Hospital program explicitly prohibits it. Agree, a bummer, but not the end of the world.

What sort of moonlighting can you do? I've heard this asked at some programs, and while it's technically allowed, the residents said they couldn't find anything worth their time.

Is there a good website (or other resource) to find out about moonlighting opportunities in your area or is it just through word of mouth?

VCU does not allow moonlighting.
