I've reviewed a ton of the step 2 CS threads and I haven't seen this posted yet:
For the history, is it OK that I wrote everything in one big paragraph instead of bullet points? I know that doing the HPI in narrative form is OK, but I'm not sure about everything else. As in:
HPI: (...) The patient has a past medical history of diabetes and hypertension. No surgeries. No medications or allergies. The patient does not smoke, do illicit drugs, or drink alcohol. etc.
Also, I forgot to add a description of the patient in my physical exam section 🙁 I wonder if that makes much of an impact on the score?
