I had went to their website to learn more about the school but the first thing I noticed was the front page picture was 90% african americans and a few other races? I mean no harm by asking this but are african americans most of each class every year at this school?

Yap. "Hbcu" stands for Historically Black Colleges/Universities. They let blacks (all races technically ) pursue higher education when no one else would, even after segregation ended the culture still attracts African Americans to attend.

TBH though, Morehouse is probably the most diverse of the HBCU Med schools.
