When they ask for the most common lung (or any organ) cancer, does that term also include metastatic cancers?

Like if we were talking about primary neoplasms of the lung, would we say "lung cancer"? And if we were talking about ALL neoplasms, would we say "neoplasms of the lung"? How does the boards word this?

Neoplasm = Malignant (Cancer) or Benign Tumor

MC Lung Cancer = Metastasis
MC Primary Lung Cancer (2nd MC Lung Cancer) = Adenocarcinoma
2nd MC Primary Lung Cancer (3rd MC Lung Cancer) = Squamous Cell Carcinoma
3rd MC Primary Lung Cancer (4th MC Lung Cancer) = Small Cell Carcinoma
