Goljan says in the audio I believe that it is definitely lung despite what many people believe and that he looked it up extensively (if I am remembering my Goljan correctly) so I think it is lung. It's probably close though, and I doubt a question making you decide between the two would come up, so knowing that they are both common is enough for me.
My understanding is smoker is lung, nonsmoker is colon.
