Most competitive Neurology programs

Hi there,

I'm wondering which Neurology training programs are considered the most competitive and some sense for why.

I've just finished my first year at med school, and I am really excited by what I learned in my neuroscience course, especially the newer treatments that seem to be on the horizon. I figure that by the time I'm practicing in about 7-8 years, we'll have far more therapeutic options than today.

Any thoughts out there?

I think it's safe to assume that the programs with the best reputations are also the hardest to get into...

search the forum for that thread. I believe it was called "neurology residency programs."
