All schools have some areas that they thrive on (ex. UOP loves high PAT, some love high RC etc). But what is THE most important section???? I realize they are all VERY important. But some people, including myself want to see how fellow dental students view this.

dont most people have AA equal to their TS? mine was and just from being on SDN it seems that that's the most common trend

It doesn't matter what we think, but what the dental schools think. But personally, I would put AA > TS > PAT = RC > QR. Of course this will differ with schools, but here is an attachment that somebody made (doctoothache?) which shows how each dental school views each individual DAT section.

ADA Stats for 2008-2009:

The importance attributed to eight types of DAT scores by United States and Canadian schools in the admissions process during the 2008-09 academic year.

AA>TS>RC>BIO>OC>GC=PAT>QR

Thanks for that info DrTank, I thought I have heard something along the same line.
