Do ADCOMs pay equal attention to an applicant's personal statement and most meaningful experience essays? Do they value one more than the other? Are more points assigned to one than the other? Do they ignore or not read one or the other?

At my institution the Personal Statement gets the most attention, by far.

Nothing gets ignored, but if the Most Meaningful essay gets dragged out with fluff just to fill the space, it might get skimmed.
