Most Schools You Will/Have Applied To?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Hubster and I work, but this was one of the benefits of applying to so few schools.

I applied to 16 schools total because I was told 14 was the average number, and I don't regret applying to any of them because it gave me a broad range of experiences at the medical schools to be able to make the best decision possible for myself and give myself the best chance at getting in with a sub-par MCAT.

How do you fund these applications too? student loans? rich grandparents? you island fortress in a volcano?

By taking a gap year and working full time. I also worked three jobs during college and saved.

11 med schools. 18 residencies (accepted 10 interviews).

/though I know people applying to 50+ programs... thankfully it's only 8 bucks per program for the first 30
