It’s interesting that in deciding whether to vote you I’m evaluating whether packs you could be in are likely?
 
It’s not so much that I’m hard wolf-reading Cray as that if she’s wolf, knowing that would be key in finding the rest of the pack. If she’s wolf we need to flip her ASAP, but if she’s not wolf we can’t afford the misyeet as the POE is wider.

I could see Dolphin/Genny.

Genny point blank said she was village reading Dolphin, and while she could just be wrong, should could also be a wolf protecting a pack mate. I’m neutral to wolfy on genny at the moment. I want to see a Dolphin flip first.

It looked like it had been stuck on a tie on those two, which worried me that they were villagers and we did not have a wolf in danger. Does that make sense? Because often if it's getting close to deadline and you have a wolf tied for yeet or up for yeet, then you see the pack start shifting votes or making moves to save them. Also I was indecisive. I Sussex Barks and thought adding her to the ties might force wolf hands on any of those 3 and reveal who was wolf.

It also occurred to me that maybe it was a tie for the two and they were both wolves and trying not to make it too obvious they needed to do something to save themselves.

I hope this makes more sense.

I know it probably seems to contradict anywhere I was sussing them, but if there is anything we should have learned by now, it's when I am village I have a lot of sus to go around, but also a lot of doubts. Sometimes, rarely, am I confident of a read. If I am, I will say so. If I don't, assume that yes, I am leaning on someone, but when you're village it's very important to keep an open mind and be willing to reevaluate any given read.

So I definitely Sussex Sunny & Barks and I was wrong. I thought Shorty was village and was right, but I am ALWaYS paranoid of strong village reads.

Thankfully with Shorty I didn't sheep the wrong person. But nor am I much help gamesolving ie leading us to the right people.

Is it correct we think this is Yolo? Yeet correctly or lose?

Not quite yet, but we’re getting down there.

We’re at 6:3

Villagers:Wolves…obviously

So if we mis yeet today we still have tomorrow but that’s a tighter window obviously.

Also @potentialsheltervet you want a Village!Cray tell? This question. Wolf!Cray is obsessed with the numbers. She always knows.

Is there... any chance it's 3D chess and her super-out-of-the-loop questions are fake? It's been kind of excessive, she forgot that there were no PRs like twice

Now I am super interested to see where everyone else goes. I would push for early maj but I think that's unfair since dolph hasn't been around to defend herself.
 
K I’m getting more on board with the pack being some combo of dolph/PSV/speechy/mayo/genny. Of those I think I feel worst about dolph from past days but how today’s going… no one seems to care as the suspicion piles on.

? We've yet to hear anything from speechy, mayo, genny, or dolph herself. That's almost half the roster that hasn't commented at all.

This makes me get a lil weird tingle from you, in that you would kill your wife with no compunction, I don't know how good her "reading card" is, I thought Dubz had one? In any case, I bring it up, because actually yes I have totally faked the idiot questions as a wolf. Well, not always faked as much as made no effort to avoid. But I probably don't do it as much as when I am village. Because while wolf I must copy my village meta, but the idiocy things can backfire and get you yeeted. Which is less bad when you village (yo ass getting misyeeted by wolves for dumb things you said can reveal them as opportunistic) but is not at all helpful to your team as a wolf.

Yes, I am big on copying village meta as a wolf, but it is exactly that I am copying village meta, and not a question of making my village play match my wolf play if that makes any sense. Village Cray dgaf the way Wolf Cray does.

They've all mentioned they have IRL stuff going on, so maybe. At least I don't think it's impossible that they wouldn't be forcing themselves to get online to check the game if they're hella busy regardless of affiliation.

What’s the motive for wolf!Z to defend village!Cray with lies that village!Cray would know are lies? I can only this as NAI, Z legitimately feeling you don’t fake those

I guess it’s more accurate to say, I don’t recall you making a “Aww shucks, idk what the wolf:village ratio is” fake post as a wolf. I do remember from wolfing with you that you were always hyper aware of the numbers. It’s certainly possible you could fake that as a wolf. I just don’t remember you ever doing that.

So the question rang as genuine to me, instead of a ploy.

I'm basically getting paranoid of being pocketed by Zenge and outlining what could possibly be the things I know of this game (I have incomplete knowledge from not reading all, and even at my best taking notes was never going to be like "no way this person is a wolf, because on D39 they switched votes with approximately 1,139 seconds left and then switched back and D24 Sally and Harry had tingles and blah blah blah and in post 784 they contradicted themselves and crossvoted.....") that could support a wolfy Zenge. This paranoid thinking through, I mean, I eval everyone this way. Of what I have read of Zenge's posts, I had a village vibe and nothing else, except the one that triggered paranoia. Asking the class how well Shorty can read Zenge. Because between my feel of his posts (village) and her read, the two combined to make me decide to join forces with them as village. But that's what it's based on. I would be stupid not to ask how good her read is since mine relies greatly on hers. And I already said that while yes I have a strong village feel on Zenge, I don't feel I have a great track record reading him.

Anyone remember this?

Although I will admit I think last game (maybe also BoWWling?) I asked about numbers while wolfing not because I wanted to be crafty, but because I was too lazy to look at the roster.

I think that gets brought up mostly as a Joke. I’ve only done it twice, in the 3 times I’ve wolfed while she was village.

In one game she was soft claiming Lover meaning we would have gotten a 2:1 kill special, and the pack had me do it since I had the least suspicion. She was a bomb and killed me! The deepest betrayal in SDN history.

The other game…idk why we actually killed her. Vis and I didn’t put a lot of thought in it. But it got a lot of attention because it was a N0 kill and she’d just modded (which we forgot), so it generated like 30 pages of content with people debating who would and who wouldn’t kill the mod of a previous game N0.

So it’s not really a thing that I have a habit of killing shorty, I just happen to have done it twice and they ended up being high profile, and led to a running joke.
