Looking for a place to live in the city of Brotherly Love? Well, how about my apartment?
My girlfriend and I will be traveling from mid-July to mid-August and are looking to sublet our, spacious bi-level apartment right in the heart of the city. Ideal for couples, our place also has a private deck with bbq, perfect for summer grillin' and chillin'.
We're asking $1000 for the months rent (a pretty square deal for Philly) and perfect for those moving here who need some time to look for a place. Would be willing to come down on price a little bit if you're living by yourself.

...and yes, I realize that I could just as easily put this on Craig's List, but frankly I'm much more trusting of a future dental student/potential classmate/someone I'll be able to track down easily... 🙂
