I am appearing for NBDE 1 in april 2010, i wanted to do MPH after my part 1, as its said that if you wanna have a star on your resume, u must be having a master's degree. But man i hate maths, and its been ages that i haven't touched maths. guys can you please temme of any uni in USA which do not require GRE, or is there any alternatice to GRE in addition to toefl and ECE report.

I think your question is too generic and it will be easier if you find out what discipline you want to study. I never heard of a program that doesn't require the GRE, especially if you are a FTD. Sometimes they open exception and allow you not to take the GRE if you have an American DDS and intend to get only a certificate and not a Master's.
It is with the GRE that you prove your analytical and critical thinking necessary for a thesis development.
The math is really hard, but the vocabulary part is even worse!
If your choice is to apply for post grad programs I would suggest start sturdying now for GRE. There are tons of book. I also recommend the flashcards with the vocabulary.
I think the GRE was the hardest exam I have ever taken because I hate math. Made the NDBE seem easy for me!

But now one important thing: I see you said on your post that having a masters degree is a star on your resume.. I dont get it? You are doing it just to make your resume look good and then you intend to apply to some other program? This is what I understood from your post.

There is no one thing that makes a "star" in a resume for dental schools. A good application is a combo of scores, essay, cv, recommendation letters and so on.

In any case GRE math is easy...
