I notice that some schools offer a Master's in public health. What exactly can be done with this degree?

I just met you at a pedo interview - upennan mph is a great thing to obtain.
i'll be finishing up my mph this next summer.
im a first year at columbia (SDOS)
my mph pursuit got me in.
i plan on doing ENDO with my mph
mph=qualification to work with population dynamics.
ie.
old people will be largest population for next 20+ years (babyboomers)
what does that mean for me?
qualified to handle the soon to be crisis with old people and their root canals.
oh yeah. the money factor as well. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?
teefpulla!
holy back from the dead, batman. 🙂
I agree with your view of the benefits. "Teefpulla" outright said he was doing his to get into endo for the $ and then I met him at a pedo interview (so I guess he wants the $ from pedo now instead - disheartening for those who do the mph for the true benefit of being a patient advocate, etc)I am currently obtaining my MPH (1 more semester) and I think it benefits those who wish to interact with and understand the needs of diverse communities. There are more factors involved but I am biased toward this particular benefit.
