MPJE IL and Identification Issue

I ran into an identification issue causing me to get turned away from Pearson when I went into take my MPJE in IL. Basically, I have two middle names on my driver's license but my secondary ID (credit card) only has an initial for one of my middle names. They are making me pay for the whole test over, and I can't seem to even apply for a new ATT yet for a resit.

Does anyone know how long it takes until I can apply for a new ATT and if this counts towards my "attempts" at taking the MPJE?
