MRI Video

Does anybody know of an MRI Video that perhaps, explains what goes on during the actual MRI?? For example - a quick short video that a patient can watch before actually taking the MRI. It would show tips on how to remain calm, how painless the procedure is, etc. It would simply just show how an MRI procedure is, just to familiarize the patient with the procedure. If anybody knows about a certain video like this, please let me know and what is on the video... thanks.
