MSAR posts the statistics every year for the schools. Stats change because different people apply, but not by much.
To answer your question, it is your choice. The information is pretty much going to be consistent (not same), but if you're worried about $25 at this point, you might as well not bother and put that money into a {much expensive cost of applying to medical school} fund.
Right it won't necessarily be NEW info, but it will be different info. If you want 'new' info, maybe get the USNews, that has a little bit more analysis and features to use, in my opinion.
