MSAR data in relation with MCAT retakes

For MSAR "median MCATs" is that including peoples retakes? Or are peoples averages inputted into the median? If it is the first one, does that give single MCAT takers a little more wiggle room when it comes to applying to "reach schools?"
 
I want to say it counts the most recent MCAT of an admitted individual, rather than an average of all their MCATs. That is how it is done for other AAMC publications about MCAT data, such as in the tables at the end of the "Using MCAT Data in Med Student Selection" annual reports

It includes those with multiple scores, but only the last score is included in the aggregate..
