MSAR & Post-Baccs

Does anyone know how accurate the "Number of Students Entering from Post-Bacc Programs" are, and what they mean.

For example, for all the post-baccs that note Pitt as a linkage option, MSAR is only showing THREE (yes three) for this number for 2015.

Does this number mean linkages only, students who've applied anytime after doing post-bacc, and does this count both career-changer and academic enhancement programs? I can't seem to find this information on the site.
