I noticed that USC's 10th percentile is at an MCAT score of 30. Does that mean you shouldn't apply if you have something lower than a 30 even if you have a 4.0 GPA and good EC's?

I applied with a 31 and I received an interview from Keck. I say go for it!
How about if you had extremely extensive clinical experience? Like 3 years of EMT, EM Trauma Tech, and Scribing for a total of 9 years? Currently a third year. The reason for a possible low MCAT score is because I had to work 60+ hours every week since my senior year of high school to put a roof over my parents and siblings. I am only hitting around 31's and 32's on my AAMC tests due to having not studied for it, and I will not get a chance to do so because of this financial situation.
