MSPE problem

Somewhere between my school and ECFMG my MSPE has gone missing, I had a new one sent and it will not be uploaded until ~November 14th.
My concern is that my application will be passed over as incomplete for something that was not my fault.
My question is whether I should contact the programs I have applied to any notify them of the delay.
I am a caribbean FMG trying to match into pathology.
The rest of my app is solid.

I have a copy of my MSPE, would it be acceptable for me to contact programs and send them the MSPE directly as a substitute until they receive the "official" version?

Tricky situation...
I would email the programs to await them on the 14th. I dont think it's a good idea to send the mSpe yourself. Im just another appicant though, using my own "sensing". Good luck!

I'd alert programs to the problem and ask them if they would like to wait or have you send a copy via email.
