I was just curious how residency programs viewed MSTP students as far as their Step 1 scores. Since they took their step 1 exams theoretically 4-5 years before most regular applicants, do programs factor this in? Or do they basically just have to deal with it haha. I am asking because I am an MSTP student who got around the average matched score but it seems that scores keep increasing over time.
