MSU - who should write my LORs?

MSU has some different requirements. My predicament is this: I have a letter from a D.O., but he does not know me as well as my work supervisor/coworkers/friends/professors do. I was wondering if I should ask him to fill out MSU's form for me or have a co-worker (a mental health clinician that I have worked closely with for over three years) fill it out instead? What would you guys say?

I am a first yr at MSUCOM and call tell you I did not have a DO write either of my letters. Always go with the person who knows you the most. The quality of the letter is what counts.

i know someone who filled out the responses by himself and told other people to sign it and received an interview. so i think just write that stuff yourself and have others sign it. MSUCOM won't know the difference right?

I think you should ask someone that knows you well. Their letters are pretty intense.
