Does anybody else have a problem accessing the status page for MSUCOM- it just says that my email in not in the system...I mailed the secondary 10 days ago

Does anybody else have a problem accessing the status page for MSUCOM- it just says that my email in not in the system...I mailed the secondary 10 days ago

I have tried to check it too to see if my letters from evaluators have made it, and I keep getting an error. Maybe something is wrong in their system.
