hello.
So I think once I get my MSW- with a focus in health/clinical tract, I want to get certificates in transpersonal psychology and end of life care from a Buddhist perspective. I already have two programs pinned down. One from Institute of transpersonal psych and Naropa University.
Do any post grad MSW alumni think getting certificates helped your career?
I will always be learning after grad school, and I just think that the MSW cant cover EVERYTHING.
Is it good that I want to keep getting more credentials?
And after my hours get my LCSW, of course!
Also, does anyone know anything about any Jungian psychology/analytical psych certificates for post masters?
I definitely want to incorporate spirituality with my clients, as I feel it is important in life.
I'm debating whether to work with eating disorders or for the military....
or maybe both!
I would love to do govt work for ptsd vets and soldiers with ed's.
let me know.
Anyone have any experience with certificates such as these?
Danke.
Be well.
