MTM ,CMR ,tip for floaters

I just want to know that in chains like rite aid, Walgreen , cvs ,completing MTM,CMR, Tips is a part of workflow for floater Pharmacist or not.

At Walgreens, MTM is usually handled by the staff pharmacist.

All floaters have to do is keep up with work flow and (in most stores) make sure all the calls get done (new to therapy and refill reminder).

You won't have the ability to bill MTM as a floater. The supervisor has to add you to the store.

No MTM or CMR billing at CVS by any RPh.

Every floater I've encountered just believes in doing the bare minimum and not learning/doing anything more than they have too. And DM's wont do anything about it. Im sure MTM ,CMR ,tip will be dependent on those who anchor the store.
