For those that are familiar with CMR/TIPS/MTM services, is it legal for me to be licensed in NY only and provide these services to patients nationwide?

From my research, “licensed pharmacist” can provide MTM services.

I am trying to protect my license. For some reason, I keep thinking I can only practice pharmacy in the states I am licensed in but I am not sure if the place of residency for the patient matters. But looking back, I have filled and counseled out of state patients but that might be different from a CMR service where documentation is involved.

Thank you in advance.

I can't site any specific laws or anything but I had a job where we did exactly that. It was a call center in new york and we provided mtm services over the phone to patients in every state. Our pharmacists and interns were only licensed in NY.
