I came across a question on Uworld that described mucopurlent cervitis and then you had to choose the bug. On UWorld the answer is chlamydia. But, in Step 2 Secrets, they list it in association with gonorrhea, and google says either or.

Any suggestions on which I should answer?

this probably had an epidemiological component to it

Chlamydia is by far the MC bacterial cause of cervicitis in women
 
I think I remember reading somewhere that Chlamydia has mucopurulent discharge and Gonorrhea has purulent discharge...
