mulitple DO rec's

My undergraduate college told me that they sent both of my DO reccomendations attached to my committee letter, even though I told them to only send one. How will the AdCom's look at multiple DO rec's. Will it hurt, help, not matter?

As long as one of the letters was not bad, I don't see how it would hurt you. If they both so your compassion for medicine I think they will help you. When my committee letter was sent out it contained one letter from a DO and one from an MD.

I don't think it will be a problem, but you can always call the admissions office(s) and ask them. My school allowed multiple letters so I had 2 sent in.
