i dropped all of my acceptances well before the 4/30 deadline except for school A

on 4/29 i got into school B, technically right before the multiple acceptance deadline

i've contacted both schools, and school A is comfortable with allowing me to hold school B's offer until i receive financial aid info (estimated before next week). school B is closer to home and i would seriously consider it, depending on the final cost

i'm on a high priority WL at school C, which is 100% my first choice. i've sent in a LOI (per their request), then followed up 6 weeks later (in early April) with a second, very brief email reiterating my LOI.

school C historically has waitlist movement in early May. should i contact school C and explain why i am holding two acceptances so i don't look like a greedy dingus? would they factor that into their decision on whether to accept me? i.e. "eh this a-hole still has choices, skip 'em and pull the next guy"? i'm guessing another LOI at this point would be annoying?

i'm incredibly grateful for the position i'm in and willing to drop my acceptances ASAP once i've heard from school B and/or C. any advice would be appreciated

At this point it wouldnt hurt to do so, but fully and honestly explained where you are with this to them.

as in, explain why i'm holding two acceptances and reiterate that i would readily drop both if accepted from the waitlist? i'm just hesitating because i don't want to appear desperate
