Multiple experiences of the same "type"

So I have a good dilemma: I have like 20 meaningful things with meaningful amounts of hours to put into my Activities section.

Some of these things are similar or at least have some connecting thread, i.e. summer camp for kids with epilepsy / summer camp for LGBT+ kids, volunteering at several hospitals but in different roles/depts, several somewhat related jobs within separate industries or sub-disciplines, multiple disparate hobbies, etc.

Should I:
- pick the "best" one of the like options for the description, count only those hours
- pick the "best" one for the description but mention "also did XYZ in a similar opportunity" and count all hours

I think it would be fine to group them, e.g. activity with title summer camp counselor, and then in the description camp XYZ June-aug 2021, 300 hrs, camp ABC June-Aug 2022, 300 hrs.
