Received a class actions claim form for an estimated whopping $88.32. Is it safe to submit the form if you work for CVS?

Probably not. There is most likely some kind of arbitration agreement where you cannot participate in a lawsuit against your employer. I don't work for CVS, just assuming that's the case, especially with them being such a major corporation.

My understanding is that those are not legally enforceable, so if you are no longer employed with CVS, it would be fine to participate.

I wouldn't bother for 88 dollars. Who knows what kind of list your name could end up on lol

there are laws against retaliation. it should fetch you hundreds times more than $88.

No longer employed is probably fine, I agree. I believe the OP is a current employee, and it may be in violation of some condition of employment. Definitely wouldn't take that gamble for $88.
